Check-in and check-out time

The hotel’s check-in time is 17.00 hours and check-out time is 13.00 hours.


Should your travel plans change, please notify us in writing. No-shows will attract a 1-night penalty. We strongly recommend that your purchased trip insurance covers any unforeseen circumstances and protect against loss of your deposit

Shuttle service

The organization of the Rotary District Conference will provide the shuttle service from the International Airport to the Hotel and vice versa. This is at arrival and departure
