Job summary
The Facilities Manager oversees the overall operations of the hotel's support facilities, including maximizing financial returns, guest satisfaction, and staff management within the organization's quality standards.
Main areas of tasks and responsibilities:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the facility services: laundry, maintenance, and warehouse. These are aligned with the operational services. He/she co-develops the operational policy of the Torarica Group in consultation with the Chief Support Officer (CSO). The work includes planning, directing or coordinating facility activities at the highest management level with the help of subordinate managers and staff.
Your qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as facilities manager or a similar role.
- You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.
- Demonstrated success in managing regular operations and are able to prioritize.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively conduct negotiations and advising the CSO.
- Perseverance and patience are required in bridging conflicts of interest.
- Result-oriented work attitude: achieves higher personal and business performance to optimize objectives.
- Continuous improvement: continuously evaluates and responds to current situations in order to achieve an efficient and faster result.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate internationally.
