Torarica’s Food & Beverage Management has started a workshop
for its own bar personnel.
The first training took place in July. Bartenders of specific nightlife
scenes also attended the training. The target of this training is
to improve professionalism, customer services and commercial skills
of hotel & catering personnel in Suriname.
Training subjects are the role of a bartender, knowledge of beverages,
bar set ups with all utensils, integration of knowledge and practice,
trends and entertainment, sales and customer loyalty. This workshop
is hosted by professional trainers and experienced catering managers.
