JCI (Junior Chamber International) organized an International Leadership Congress 2005 in the Royal Conference Hall of Torarica from August 23 till 26. Participants can broaden leadership skills and confidence to become an effective leader in the community. Answers will be provided to questions like “How can you get others to see the exciting future possibilities? How can you get others to get extraordinary things done in organizations? How can you encourage, inspire and motivate them to continue the quest?” Local and international guest speakers will share their experiences and views with the participants. Special guest is Mr. Fernando Sanches-Arias who is specialized in psychology and education applied to business. Mr. Sanches-Arias is a learning facilitator, executive coach and speaker who’s running his own international consulting, training & coaching firm in Venezuela. Other speakers are Humphrey A.
