GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

As used in these terms and conditions the following expressions shall have the

following meanings:

The hotel is the Torarica hotel and Eco Resort Inn.

RATES

1. All rates mentioned in this agreement are inclusive of breakfast, service charge

and tax. The tax is included, but may be changed due to governmental

amendment without prior notice.

2. All Rates are quoted in US Dollars.

3. In case government decision tax is introduced or changed in Suriname, it will be

charged without mutual approval from your company.

4. The reservation is guaranteed under the following conditions: if we receive a letter

of guarantee from the Company or credit card details of the guest.

5. For non-guaranteed reservations, we are allowed to cancel your reservation at

13.00 hrs upon the day of arrival;

6. Cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival are free of charge, if the hotel receives

a written cancellation. For cancellations within 1 working day before arrival or

no shows, the hotel will send an invoice for the first night only. Cancellations by

telephone must be reconfirmed with a confirmation number given by hotel

Torarica or Eco Resort Inn.

7. Check in time is 17.00 hrs on day of arrival, check out time is 13.00 hrs on

day of departure.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Your company sends the hotel a credit card authorization when making a reservation

along with a copy of the credit card with a signature, a validity date and the security

number. With this authorization your company allows the hotel to charge a

prepayment on the credit card. In case it is not possible to charge the amount from

the credit card, your company will be informed and the reservation will be cancelled

by the hotel unless the prepayment is received by the hotel through any other

method of payment.

In case the billing instructions differ from these general ones above, your company

will confirm the different billing instructions by a signed fax message.

Charges associated with bank transfers are for the account of your company.

Please inform your clients that the hotels accept valid Master Card, American

Express, Diners Club, Visa Card and all Traveler cheques.

CHILD POLICY

Per two adults in one room children under 12 years of age, stay free of

charge. The maximum number of children per room is two (2), when

sharing with parents and room size permit.

For every additional child an extra room is needed. With a maximum of two

children the single rate for the room type will be applicable.

A baby cot is free of charge.
